Using Options 1 & 2 ID Point?

Would it be possible to get an ID point for doing both options 1 & 2? Preferred Parking for 5% of building occupants and charging stations?

Heather—no. See the LEED Reference Guide. There are specific Exemplary Performance requirements for SSc4.

FAQs about SSc4.3:

Do all hybrid vehicles automatically qualify for this credit?

Can a project pursue this credit via a combination of Option 1 (preferred parking) and Option 2 (alternative fueling stations)?
