HPD Disclosure Threshold

LEED manual clearly says that an HPD must report ingredients at or above 0.1% for compliance with Option 1.

Hazardous ingredients

If a manufacturer provides an inventory of all potentially hazardous ingredients (up to 100ppm) but omits ingredients that pose no risk and does not list them, does the report qualify for Option 1

Screening Date vs. Publish Date vs. Expiration Date for HPD

I recently received a rejection comment for an HPD:   Reason given - Publication Date (01/25/22) is after the projects construction period ended( 12/01/21).  This particular product

I have a project in Canada (metric units) but the client wants all documents in Imperial units. Is this a problem for LEED during the review process?

My project is using a pre-fabicated panel (walls and ceilings) inclusive of doors, windows and ceiling grid lights. All of these components are part of the panel design.

Are C2C or C2C MHC automatically considered 3rd party verified?

HPDs have a box to check for 3rd party verification. Does Cradle to Cradle in and of itself earn the 3rd party certification? Is it both for C2C and Material Health Certificates?

REACH fulfillment to 1000 ppm / 100 ppm

European paints manufacturer only justifies the fulfillment of REACH to 100 ppm, arguing that 1000 ppm level of analysis only suits with gas products.
