I have 2 products that state they are LBC 3.0 Red list compliant. If these products meet the requirements of the USGBC Declare Compliance Graphic can LBC 3.0 Red list compliant contribute to Material Ingredients Reporting, or must this information be provided in a Declare label?

Allen, I don't see how the products can match up with the USGBC Declare Compliance Graphic if not on a Declare label. That graphic shows what to look for on a Declare label.
It sounds like this is a manufacturer self-declaration without any standardized disclosure format such as an HPD or a Declare label. This would not be LEED compliant. I would ask them for an HPD or Declare label.

Thank you for the reply. I will request an HPD or Declare label.
