REACH fulfillment to 1000 ppm / 100 ppm

European paints manufacturer only justifies the fulfillment of REACH to 100 ppm, arguing that 1000 ppm level of analysis only suits with gas products.

Is there any way to justify the fulfillment of the credit with this techincal specificacion (REACH to 100 ppm)?

Is there any credit amendment that adresses this topic?

Alex, I am a little confused about your question since I think you are implying that 1,000 ppm is more stringent, even though the reverse would be true. That said, you raise an interesting question, and one that I have not seen any addenda on.
