Very curious why both LEED 4 and 4.1 restrict the Candidate List to "the version in effect June 2013"? The wording appears to indicate that of the 3 lists, only the Candidate list is restricted to the historic version, not the Annex XVII or the Authorization list. This means that substances as they move from Restriction List to Candidate List are no longer problematic. This has to be a mistake. Is there an Erratum that I've missed?

Not aware of any clarification on this. Have you learned anything more on this?

No, I find no changes in the reference guide correction addenda database. It would be a great advantage if this was corrected, at least in v.4.1. Tristan, can you help initiate this process?

I have brought it to USGBC's attention and I hope they will take a look!

Update: USGBC is aware of this issue and said they will look to update later this year. In the meantime they say that they have and will continue to respond to any requests for clarification on the requirement as they come through on projects.
