In item 3. Lighting Control and Healthcare (BD+C only), replace "occupant" with "all regularly occupied"

Under Beta Update, revise the 5th paragraph to read as: "The previous option for lighting control has been simplified to a single requirement for dimmable or multilevel lighting in regularly occupied spaces. Projects no longer have to differentiate between individual and shared multi-occupant spaces. All lighting controls can be shared (individual lighting controls are not required)."

Under Further Explanation, add a new section as follows:
"Green Seal
As a multi-attribute standard, Green Seal’s paints and coatings standard includes criteria for material health optimization in addition to criteria for efficacy, sustainable packaging, and labeling. It also includes stringent limits for VOC content and emissions that meet LEED v4.1 IEQ credit: Low-Emitting Materials requirements.

Delete the second sub-bullet under the Bio Based Materials bullet.

Under Further Explanation, Calculating Bio Based Material Contributions, delete the second bullet and it's sub-bullet

Edit 3rd and 4th paragraphs under Behind the Intent to read as:
"Credit Option 2 (formerly Option 4), Whole Building Life Cycle Assessment, is now available to projects that pursue building reuse strategies that also wish to conduct an WBLCA for the project. The total points available cannot exceed 5 points, though projects can earn one Exemplary Performance point if they achieve reuse and/or WBLCA points from Option 1 and 2 and exceed 5 points in combination.

Add the following under Requirements:
"Achieve one or more of the options below for a maximum of 4 points (5 points Retail)"

Revise the language between Option 2 and Option 3 to be "AND/OR"
