So do you have to purchase the study in order to do the calculations for LEED? Is there any way to do this without purchasing the document? Thanks

In the LEEDuser FAQ's above it states, "Can a project designate open space off-site and not within the LEED project boundary to meet the credit requirements?

Greetings, There is an issue on applying F factor about which I'd appreciate some assistance. The F factor in general refers to the floor slab edge insulation.

State DEQ-Listed Brownfield Site - credit denied

In our first review, our credit was denied. We are on a zero lot line property with the building occupying the entire site, but the site is listed on the state DEQ register of brownfield sites.
