This credit focuses on how much waste material leaving the site is diverted from LANFILL.

A project pursuing LEED CS 2009 is located in a research park and is subject to the research park's design guidelines. Per city zoning, there is no requirement for open space.

Credit MR 1.3 option "a" awards you points for generating 2.5 lbs/sf or less of net waste. However the table 1 Waste diversion gives you 0.5 points for generating 3 lbs/sf. Is this an errata?
