Homes-v2008 MRc3:Waste management

Waste rate

Credit MR 1.3 option "a" awards you points for generating 2.5 lbs/sf or less of net waste. However the table 1 Waste diversion gives you 0.5 points for generating 3 lbs/sf. Is this an errata? Which one is the right rate?

Gustavo, Good catch! I believe you're referring to MR 3.2a, which should read, "Generate 3.5 pounds ... or less ... " The table is correct. (Waste levels below the 'normal' threshold of 4 lb/sf earn points; less waste = more points.)
