I am working on a LEED-CS 2009 project that is half office and half lab space. Not all of the tenants are certain yet so we opted to select the 'default occupancy' option.

I am a little confused: The reference guide states that average TSS removal of an infiltration basin is 75% (50-100%).

I am working on a project in California. CALGreen, the state green building code section, requires that a certain number of parking stalls be designated as "CLEAN AIR" spaces.

We are pursuing the exemplary performance element of this credit, as the site is extremely well served by bus routes (just counting the main bus lines, we have over 706 compliant bus rides/day).
