Are LEED rules being followed? These changes since v2009 was issued sure don't feel like errors and corrections. It just feels like LEED is now treated as a living document.

Great job pointing out the questionable issues in the article Nadav! Perhaps I tend to hone in on these issues but one of the big takeaways for me was related to the performance issues raised.
