Access to LEED rating EBOM MRc4 form?

When I generate a Statement of Energy Performance for a non-rateable building, the SEP tells me that my building uses 23% less energy per square foot than the national median. 2 points, yay!

Dear All, According to 90.1, the HVAC system shall follow the design for proposed case. I wonder what if the HVAC engineer under-sizes the cooling capacity.

MRc5 question:

Does MRc5 count as an alternative to MRc2-4 or not? It seems like it does, however in the MRp1 policy document template it says it doesn't. Could someone please clarify? Thanks!

Antonio, I'm surprised USGBC sent you here, as it seems like they would have more expertise on use of their own logo. I would refer to their policy as you suggested.

My understanding is that the Owner must place her/his initials in the Signatory box for credits such as this one (No Smoking).

The project im working on has a "unicycling" bin in which both garbage and recyclables all go into one dumpster to be sorted off site.
