Dear All, According to 90.1, the HVAC system shall follow the design for proposed case. I wonder what if the HVAC engineer under-sizes the cooling capacity.

Does MRc5 count as an alternative to MRc2-4 or not? It seems like it does, however in the MRp1 policy document template it says it doesn't. Could someone please clarify? Thanks!
use of LEED logo

Antonio, I'm surprised USGBC sent you here, as it seems like they would have more expertise on use of their own logo. I would refer to their policy as you suggested.

My understanding is that the Owner must place her/his initials in the Signatory box for credits such as this one (No Smoking).
