My office is working on a large Multi-building Mixed used NC LEED 2009 project in a urban area. The first floor will have retail space, potentially a few restaurants, and a small grocery store.

Hello, At the right of the screen says that 0 of 210 certified projects in C&S earned this credit. I'd like to know why?

Does anybody have a standard checklist or list of data points for commissioning a PV system? Related, is it OK for a CxA to ask the PV sub to gather data for Cx purposes vs.

Underground parking compliance with the c7.1 requirements

We have a project in Riyadh, and 92 % parking is under ground ( 2 basements for parking) so we are complying the 50% parking requirements which donot require SRI Roof.

We are following the option 2 ASHRAE AEDG presciptive path for a project. One of the AEDG requirements for HVAC is for a heat pump >135 kBtuh to be at minimum 10.1 EER or above.

VRF systems and outside air modeling

Has anyone done a VRF system serving various zones using say heat pump VRF units and then providing outside ventilation air from a separate dedicated unit serving the same various zones?
