Steve has extensive experience assisting developers, design and construction teams with sustainability-related strategies including through the optimization of building design and construction process. His expertise includes the LEED-NC, Homes and Schools certification processes, as well as providing training and project support to contractors working on LEED projects. Additionally, Steve is a primary content developer of the LEEDUser.com website, he has worked on marketing and product development support to product manufacturers, and he delivers presentation and training content on LEED and other rating systems.

Steve’s background is in residential and commercial construction. In 2011 he earned a MS in Construction Management and Sustainable Building from Colorado State University.
