The LEED guidebook (table 1 of MRc1 showing "ongoing consumables" and "durable goods") actually includes vehicles. Will purchase of electric vehicles count for this credit?

Natesan, there were some statistics that came out a couple years ago from USGBC on LEED-NC v2.2 of 350 projects and which credits were most often attempted. However, I don't know if those numbers...

There will be no smoking in our buildings (DoD requirement); we will have smoking allowed outside the 25' perimeter outdoors. As such, would it violate the requirements of IEQp2 to have smoking...
