Building without HVAC Systems Designed

CS-2009 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance
posted by  Tony Schafer  on

I got comments back on the energy model for a building that has no HVAC systems designed at the time of completion of the C&S. One comment was that the cooling energy savings seemed too high.

Hi, I am simulating a petrol station where the advertising has built-in lighting that works at night. We assumed that this is 9.4.5 exception B.

C&S ventilation

Hello. I'm working on a C&S project and have a question regarding the documentation of the IEQp1 credit. During the design a single tenant was found to occupy the entire site (700k sf).

Must Vbz be met for all zones in a multizone system? Section 6.2 states that the VRP procedure is for determining Vot and not Vbz.
