Playfields?

NC-2009 SSc5.2:Site Development—Maximize Open Space

(1) Would hardscape playfields such as basketball court count towards the pedestrian oriented hardscape? (2) What about turf surface soccer field?

green roofs: can they count as regularly occupied space?

project has a green roof that is accessible from a lounge. the lounge is a regularly occupied space. seems to me that people using the green roof area should be fair game (?).
