I'm working with a hospital project that will be pursuing LEED for Healthcare. The scope of work may include renovations to an existing parking structure that will provide parking to the hospital.

In California can a Construction General Permit Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD) sign a LPE instead of a registered civil engineer?
