Solar PV System Degradation

Our Solar PV system supplier provided us a calculation of how much solar energy is generated per annum. It is projected that there will be a solar degradation factor of 1% each year.

Lets say the 90% runoff volume for the project area is 10,000 c.f. If only 50% of the project area drains to the bmp which is designed to treat 10,000 c.f. at 100% efficiency but only 7,900 c.f.

i want some clarity on whether it is necessary to include Lift lobbies in VRP calculation to demonstrate compliance under IEQp1 and IEQc2? These lift lobbies are not regularly occupied.
