Project consist of Heating only system for dinning area (for inmate), and for summer ventilation the unit provides the 6 ACH ventilation air into the area.

More stringent local regs for cycle racks versus showers

In case there is a local legal requirement for number of cycle parking that is more stringent than LEED, should we necessarily provide more showers too, respecting let's say a 'proportion'?

We're trying to certify a building on our campus that contains the student health center. Each of the exam rooms has a sink in it for the doctor to wash hands before/after the exam.
