Hello, In Mexico City we have a one project that is integrated in two phases, the phase one start the construction phase in 2011 and the second phase will start the construction phase the next year. The certification LEED is separate in two processes; the reason is because the owner was not sure certify the second phase. The first phase includes 17 offices levels, 8 parking levels and the central cooling plant. The second phase includes other tower with 17 levels of offices.
In the sizing for the cooling plant in the phase one include the capacity of both phases.
How I can model the cooling capacity of the phase two?
Can I consider for the proposed design, modeling with district cooling and don’t have problems with compliance of EA-PR-02 ?
Do you have some similar case?
Regards
