I have a project that is getting built in two phases on a LEED Campus. The first phase includes the construction of a new 3-8 grade building.

If a new construction project is already registered in LEED online, can the credit submittal process begin after the building has been completed?

Motorized  and manual shades (such as Mechoshade) are in Division 12.  Do they count as "stand-alone furniture items" that must be included in low-emitting materials calculations?

If a project has been submitted for review (Design prelim and Construction prelim) comments are received for each review.

Please share any reports or data that exemplifies the ROI of building and operating a LEED building, specifically for healthcare, i.e. Acute Care Hospital and Out Patient Pavillion.
