I'm new to following the LEED standard, and I'm trying to estimate the costs and time for a retrofit of a multi-story office building, less than 100K square feet. I have the white paper on LEED 4.1 costs, which is helpful, but does anyone have experience in timelines? The client is interested in all three standards, which sounds like a lot of work!

Lindsay, what do you mean by "all three certifications"? Is it interiors, BD+C, and EBOM?

I meant LEED / WELL / SITES. I understand SITES will be a challenge with an existing building - requires major reconstruction within the last 2 years IIRC.
