Does CI fit into BD+C?

Hello, I am developing TI Guidelines for unfinished retail space in a building pursuing BD+Cv2009. Can the future tenant pursue CI?

A five story Atrium is being constructed in a science building. It is also the main entry into the building and furnished with benches for transient use.

FSC Certified Plywood

Furniture Cost

In a LEED-CI project, can we attempt for MRc4, MRc5, and MRc7 but not included cost of furniture in the calculator? It means that the furniture is not included in any of the LEED-CI credits.

Must I continue to audit if 50% is reached during PP

Our building did divert 50% of ongoing consumables during out last LEED EBOM certification in 2010. We did perform a waste audit at that time so we acquired MRc6.

C&S Individual Project within a Campus Registration
