NC-v4 MRc4:Building product disclosure and optimization - material ingredients
posted by  Suzanne Drake  on

"Predicted by process chemistry" is indicated on the HPD I am reviewing. Is this acceptable in any way toward the Building Product Disclosure credit?

I am working on this credit for a new MOB. I have looked online without any success on a baseline for the projected volume of recyclables.

I've received a comment from the LEED reviewer after they denied my approach in calculating the LPD for the proposed building (dwelling units).

What is the definition of one building? Specifically, how much connection between two building portions must there be in order for LEED to consider it one building?

Innovation Credit for Core and Shell v2009

EBOM-2009 MRc4:Sustainable Purchasing—Reduced Mercury in Lamps
