Does anybody have experience using an alternate compliance path for a project in a cold climate?

Hello! First, thank you Tristan for adding a WELL discussion to this site. I'm sure it will be a great resource for a whole host of "do gooders" like myself.

Our project has an outdoor area, as a part of the sports medicine department, which patients will use to do sprints, drills, and other exercises.

I have a project that is a tenant fit-out in an existing building.

We have a 11 story Historical hotel with 6 floors of Guest Rooms that are being completely renovated. The remaining floors are Ballrooms, meeting spaces and retail.

Hi, the language in v4 is a little different from the v2009. v2009 explicitly says that sites without slopes can automatically qualify for the point. Does v4 remove that option?

The project in question is an existing single story C&S being renovated.

We are working on a project with two buildings on one site, one commercial C&S, one Hotel.

Do you use Value Engineering in documenting this process?

We have a project that has six buildings on it. The owner wants five of them to be CS, and one of them to be NC. Are we able to mix rating systems within an overall LEED Campus registration?
