Is anyone aware of exemptions or opportunities to take additional credit for senior care/assisted living facilities?

We have a project where a good part of the non-hardscaped area inside the LEED boundary will be planted in native prairie grasses, with no irrigation.

We are semi-new to the LEED program and want to be sure that we are following all of the necessary guidelines to achieve the overall credits for the project.
