Our project is on a University campus, which utilizes a Distrcit Plant.  There is no Cooling Tower directly within our project, but there is one at the District Plant.

According to LEED 2009, there were alternate distance calculations available that applied to products shipped by rail or ship.

I haven't found any major issue for this credit using this PC.
