BIO

Lisa Marshall is a Sustainability Consultant who has managed a wide variety of large commercial projects. With over ten years of architectural experience, eight years of project management and sustainability consulting, she brings a complete set of knowledge to run a successful, streamlined project. Ms. Marshall is a licensed architect in the states of Colorado and California and specializes in sustainable building, energy savings and the use of environmentally friendly products and materials. Ensuring her clients understand how to operate a Green Building efficiently and sustainably is also equally important to her. She is an accredited professional with a specialty in LEED BD+C (Building Design and Construction) through the US Green Building council since 2003 and a Certified GreenPoint Rater for Build it Green. Ms. Marshall has experience working with residential single family homes and multifamily complexes as well and many commercial building types such as recreation centers, office buildings, data centers, mixed use centers, animal shelters, hospitals, libraries, banks, government agencies and casinos. Having both architectural and project management skills works especially well in my role as a sustainability consultant. Her passion is to be on the cutting edge of sustainability and drive change in the market to create the most efficient, intelligent, beautiful projects that co-exist with our natural surroundings.
