I have a building going for LEED O+M v4.1 Existing Buildings Certification. 

Currently it has offices on one of the floors, but it is going to be changed into inactive storage space in the first quarter of the performance period. Can it still go for certification? Or does it need to shift its performance period?

Does the existing office space need to meet AHSRAE minimum fresh air requirement? Since inactive storage doesn't need to meet that requirement for most part of the performance period.
