Can the Danish tool, LCAbyg, for MR Credit: Building Life-Cycle Impact Reduction be used for a project in Denmark?

I have two questions:

I investigated the new option 3 for this credit. The only information required is a screenshot of the Walkscore.

I am a little unsure about how to manage the question regarding green cars in connection of the evaluation and calculation of green transportation LTc1.

Has anybody had success in getting an SRI-value for wood (pine for example or other light wood that turns grey with age)? Saw a discussion about this in the v2009 forum that led to nothing.

One use type is “Community anchor uses - Housing (100 or more dwelling units)”.

I am an engineer at Inform Design (consulting practice based in Sweden), and we are working on a large office building project which aims to acquire LEED certificate.

I have had many projects in v2009 that have had their parking in a neighboring garage if they don’t have their own garage. I have ongoing projects in v4 with the same situation.

Our project is located in the west of Ireland. The project is a warehouse extension (a single LEED project) on an existing commercial campus, and the entire campus is the same owner/occupier.
