I was under the impression that terrazzo could be counted as inherently non-emitting, but just received a review comment that it was not. I think I based it on the wording in v2009.

The LEED credit language (International Tips) states that EMICODE EC1 can be used if formaldehyde limit of 10 micrograms per cubic meter after 28 days is also met.
