Does achieving this Pilot Credit include that a result of alignment according to the taxonomy is mandatory? Or is eligible and not aligned enough? Can one have “No” on half the requirements and still get the Pilot credit? Is the report what they are looking for?
(I have tried reporting a project in ARC, but the some of the questions are badly formulated and the correct answer must be a “no”. It is not very usable as it is now).

Vinoth,
LEED coaches have said: ”To earn this pilot credit, it is not necessary to demonstrate compliance with the EU Taxonomy requirements. The intent of this pilot credit is "To describe and document alignment with the European Union Taxonomy for Sustainable Activities" rather than to demonstrate compliance with all Taxonomy requirements. Please note, however, that the project must affirm compliance with minimum safeguards to document alignment.”
And reviewers have said: “Provide the detailed report provided by the EU Sustainable Taxonomy Self-Assessment Tool, indicating responses and documentation aligned with EU Taxonomy requirements.”
Contradicting views of this matter.
Out project is undergoing the second review now, we will see what happens.
