My understanding is that all documentation for WEpc115 must be uploaded in WE section and and not Innovation. Should the documentation be uploaded in Cooling Tower Water Use? There is no tab/option under the pilot name...
Or can you advise where docs for this credit should be uploaded on LEED online?

we've always uploaded the documents within the WEp Outdoor Water Use Reduction, and provided a narrative explaining why the applicable thresholds within the Outdoor Water Use / Indoor Water Use Reduction & Cooling Tower credits have been selected.
The points from WEpc115 fall within the WE credit category and do not take up valuable IN credit real estate.

I agree with Dave's perspective, and I'd like to emphasize that we've implemented a similar approach. Furthermore, I would like to underscore the importance of documenting it. Even when it's not under the innovation category, you should register the credit as a pilot in LEED online. Also, in the documentation, ensure to confirm your completion of the credit survey and provide evidence of your participation in the forum, treating it as a pilot credit.

Thanks for all the comments. I already register the credit under Innovation, was unsure on where the documentation should be uploaded, since I read in a USGBC presentation that should be submitted in WE category. I will assume I can either upload on outdoor water use reduction or in cooling water, or others WE credits...
