If a project has a small area of contaminated soil, how should that be incorporated into the Waste Management and Erosion and Sedimentation Plan.

In implmenting this pilot credit on multiple projects now we have been very pleased with the strengthening of the feedback loop with occupants.

I'm curious if % of materials waste is typically included in the LEED LCA analysis? Not seeing a specific language for it on the LEED guide.

Dear LEED users! Have you come across any tools that make LEED design documentation easier?

We are currently considering pursuing this credit for a project. However, I am not sure what the definition of an "approved data provider" would be.

Our rainwater calculations are right on the cusp of reaching the 90th percentile and earning the full three points (+ regional priority point) for this credit.

Like Logan's post below, we are pursuing this Pilot Credit, but feel it would be especially useful to know how much information/detail they expect for each line item required. 

We used Autocase to document this pilot credit.

Anyone with experience documenting this credit - did you submit with the design credits or with the construction credits?
