CI-v4 LTc3:Access to quality transit

Commuter/Light rail station further than 0.5 miles from project boundary

I'm working on a access to quality transit(table 2) that has a commuter rail station at 1.6 miles walking distance from the project boundary. However, it is provided with a shuttle  service from the train station by the transport authority. Does this combined mode of commuting to/from building to train station qualify us to achieve points under access to rapid transit?
