Would an Evaporative Cooler Be Considered a Cooling Tower?

We have 2 cooling towers and 4 evaporative coolers (Climate Wizard). Would these all be considered cooling towers with reference to this credit?

We are currently working on obtaining LEED certification for one of our projects: Coppin State University Science and Technology Center, Baltimore, MD, an urban campus.

Natural Ventilation in Apartment Buildings

I have naturally ventilated apartment units. Apartment's inner most wall distance from the exterior window is 33’. Interior most side of the apartment has toilet and kitchenette.
