We have a phased project, so it made organizational and tracking sense to use a two-part spreadsheet. Does anyone see any issue with this? Division 12 (only) is coming in at 52% and 54%. Being new to this credit, I was impressed by the on-line info that showed graphics of the Cradle-to-Cradle cycle including performance checks at each step confirming one manufacture's sustainability commitment.

Melinda, I'm trying to interpret slightly your question above. I don't believe that the reviewers will mind the overall format of spreadsheet you provide so long as the overall documentation demonstrates compliance at the thresholds they've stipulated. My concern is with the statement in your comment about C2C. Right now, I've not heard of anyone submitting C2C as a substitute to BIFMA for Div 12 items. Not saying your submittal won't be accepted, but simply that no one on this thread has submitted C2C items as if they were BIFMA and included them in the total value to achieve 50%. There has still been no official communication from USGBC about programs other than BIFMA for either Div 9 or 12 that I'm aware of either. Hope this helps.
From an earlier post on this same subject:
I have been successful in submitting this pilot credit with only BIFMA items provided in only Div 12 at this time. I'm not aware of any BIFMA certified items that land inside Div 9...but that could simply be an debate about items that are furniture or not. Ultimately, I've been submitting furniture, work stations, window treatments, etc as a group and excluding Div 9 items like finishes (walls, floor, ceilings, etc). I have also been successful in submitting less than 5 items as long as all of the items were BIFMA certified. I've not tried C2C or greenguard as a substitute. From the PC language directly, the focus of the PC is to encourage using BIFMA certified materials. There has not been any official guidance from USGBC that I'm aware of to date.

For clarification, the manufacturer's cut sheet graphic shows 'BIFMA Level 2 Certified' within their cycle. I'm not understanding how a substitute was suggested- that wasn't my intention. I think it's just confusion due to the fact that you referenced C2C at all. A lot of manufacturers do not present their BIFMA information in the manner/way that Haworth does, nor are they required to for this credit. The only thing that you really need for this particular credit is the official BIFMA certificates showing the appropriate standard and level.
