I am trying to get some clarification on this credit. Total site of a school in Washington DC is 45,186 SF and 50% of the site excluding the bldg. footprint is 13,705 SF.

When does the project have to register for the Energy Star Portfolio Manager? it is not clear if a registration number needs to be shown to comply for the Credit.

FSC % and New Wood %

I have a door company that has sent me documentation that claims 98% FSC mix and another door 90% FSC mix then claims 23% New Wood and 30% New wood right on the documentation next to the FSC Mix %

20% Cut Sheet Upload

Basic credit languages says "LEED AP with a specialty appropriate to the project," which would logically be LEED AP-Homes.
