Hi! Our site is located in Minneapolis and is a rather complex historic urban infill site. Three quarters of a former industrial site's entire city block was redeveloped by our client. The City of Minneapolis required our client to perform a stormwater analysis of the entire 3/4s of the block, which is reflected in our stormwater calculations. However, nearly half of this area (the 3/4s block) is outside the LEED project boundary, with buildings and grounds that are no longer related to the client (in ownership or mechanical/electrical equipment). We received our initial review and were awarded the stormwater credit based on large stormwater calculations....but we are unsure as to whether the stormwater calc area needs to conform with the actual LEED boundary, which is smaller? We have been asked to clarify the boundary. Thanks for your advice.
