What happens when the 1/4 mile from the project boundary bisects a dense building?  Can the whole building be included in the calculation?  Only the part of the building that is in the 1/

The edge of my 1/4 mile radius cuts half way through a couple buildings...would I include half the area in my density calculations, whole, or not include the building at all?

Our CI project Owner is occupying 100% of the building, including core space. They are also responsible for operations and maintenance practices. However, they are do not own the building.

The LEED reference guide indicates "Retail projects may conduct the testing within 14 days of occupancy." I read this to mean that air sampling can occur up to 14 days post occupancy.

Can overhead coiling doors count in this credit? Also if you have windows on more than one plane in a room should you take a section at each plane or show those windows in "elevation"?
