Assume a building to be demolished has large HVAC equipment and electrical gear, etc., and is not being reused but discarded.

A two story LEED addition will be regularly accessed from a new stair/elevator tower as well as a corridor at each level that connects it to the existing building.

We have a project using an existing parking lot closest to our building and building a new parking lot as well.

Option 1- Discounted parking: Preferred parking also required?

I don't think this is necessary, but just confirming.... 
For projects using the 20% Discount option, do they also need to provide preferred parking for those vehicles?? Thanks!
