When listing non-energy star equipment we enter N/A in the Make or model column. This column is also used for Equivalent equipment as well, so the right had part of the form serves two purposes? Also: Once an Energy Star appliance is entered in the eligible side of the form, the number of pieces of equipment stay the same, it is not entered on the left side of the form, make sense?

In the ENERGY STAR equipment table, it appears that the "ENERGY STAR-Eligible" section is actually referencing eligible, but not certified products. I recommend having a single line item for each different product (feeling free to indicate "N/A" in the make and model column for uncertified products), while recording the quantity and wattage on the lefthand side for uncertified products, and listing the quantity and wattage on the righthand side for ENERGY STAR certified equipment.

What do you enter in case the project is outside the US and we are currently not aware of the energy star rating of the equipments. Do we leave the form blank, if we do that the form stays incomplete. Also for simulation purpose we have taken the assumption based rated values of the equipments like computers, is that right?

You can use a local equivalent for project outside the US.
Not sure exactly what you mean by based rated values?
