I picked up a project in my firm after the first review was compelted. It seems that a BoD was never created for this project, as it is very small and the CxA was hired late.

Can a student dormitory be considered Institutional (Case 1) or does it need to be calculated as Residential (Case 2).  Some people are saying that its housing so it must be residential howeve
