The credit general requirement requires a percentage of material recycled, and a formal report indicating how much was recycled and to what purpose.

The credit language says "do not generate more than 2.5 pounds of construction waste..." but the example Equation 2 shows "Total construction AND DEMOLITION waste generated..." Has anybody clarifie
