This is not a question, however, as there have been a few questions regarding calibration and how often it needs to be done.  It took some time, however, after speaking to a couple of manufacturers as well as the water providers, it seems the recommendation comes from the American Water Works Association https://www.awwa.org/.  The City where my current project is located sent me an excerpt from his manual describing the timeline depending on the size of the meter.   Should you need this, please feel free to contact me as I do not know how to upload the document to LEEDUser.  Otherwise, your water provider should be able to assist you.   The document I was given is specific to all of the United States.

Hoping this help some folks and saves some time.  I have not submitted yet, however, it seems this would support the expected calibration expectations.

Project is located in California and is an EBOM 2009 Recertification.
