Project has always been trying to earn LEED Silver and ESC plan was in place since beginning of construction but we have limited photo/inspection documentation.

For Wet Applied Products that meet IEQ credit 2, option 1: do you still need to provide the volume of the product used on the project, or is that just for option 2, Budget Calculation?

In previous versions of LEED, it seems as if the open space credit allowed for project developers to improve/restore off-site areas to achieve this credit (with 2 square feet offsite = 1 square foo
