For this project, certain brick enclosure sections of exterior wall area are to undergo repair and repoint since they are damaged.  Since repair isn't necessarily considered replacement, which could mean those sections could be included in the reuse/salvage square footage, repair and repoint could still include replacement of certain brick materials.  Should I consider the repair/repoint sections of the brick enclosure as new or include them as reused/salvaged?
