Filtered water faucet in Hotel Dwelling Units

I wrote a couple weeks back, with some questions on the "v4v4 1_Indoor Water Use Reduction Calculator."  I just discovered that the dwelling units will have two faucets, one for hand washing,

Where to input SS credits in Arc?

In my Arc dashboard, under Credits/Actions, I'm only seeing "Data Input" and "Review" and nowhere do I see the option for submitting documents to earn the Sustainable Sites credits in v4.1.
