Hi, we are consisering options for our high process load building in meeting the minimum requirements of the energy credit. 

I have a project in a peculiar situation that is not addressed outright by the guidelines language and I can use some help in interpreting the rules. 

Can you meet the enhanced ventilation performance criteria by providing >30% ventilation for the building as a whole, even if you do not meet this performance for all zones/spaces?

The performance period for our project is only 90 days.

I am working on a retail project with three restaurant spaces. I got a comment below from the LEED reviewer. 

Our project has a porcelain tile floor with an anti-fracture and waterproofing membrane under it. Does the membrane product need to meet requirements for IEQc4.3?
